Import contacts from Wix
One-time (safe to re-run) import of the group's existing Wix contact list as pending members. Already-imported emails are skipped.
Send invites to pending members
Emails a set-password invite to every pending (non-admin) member who doesn't have one yet — use this after an import run with emails off, or to retry a failed send. Safe to run repeatedly.
Group leader
The group leader is emailed whenever someone submits a join request from the public site, so they know to review it here.
Members & List Admins
List Admins can sign in, send group emails, invite others, and review join requests. Members can sign in to the Directory, Documents, and their Profile.
